Staff was polite room was cute and across from beach
This place is awesome. The staff is very friendly and the room was great, very clean. I'll definitely be staying here again when I come back to Old Orchard next year.
The new owners have done some lovely updates around this place. The young man working the front desk was super helpful as well. Just a short walk to downtown and the amusement park.
The staff on site, Faruk and James were very helpful and kind. My room was clean, and stocked with everything I needed to enjoy stay. Bonus, they now have a pool on site.
Had a decent time during our stay, staff was excellent in having us do the check in process remotely as we couldn’t make it in before the office closed, really don’t have any bad to say other than that it was wicked noisy and we didn’t get a ton of sleep because of the nearby bars etc but decent for the price.the parking was a nightmare though.

The big plus is how close it is to the beach. There’s also the pool that can be used now that it’s the same owner as the neibhoring motel.
But the beds aren’t comfortable. The carpet is such a bad idea with the humid weather abd the sand from the beach. The electric outlets in the room are loose, the mini fridge kept shutting off because the plug wasn’t okay.
If you are not looking for comfort, but just a great location, this is an okay choice.

Really nice location, close to everything. Only downside the sink wouldn’t drain. I would definitely go back.

The staff were polite, the establishment clean. However, we called the helpline twice and no one answered. Apart from that, perfect !
When we arrived the room was very cold, attempted to turn the heat on in the main living quarters it did not work, it only worked in the bathroom, the bathroom light flickered continuously, there was a razor blade laying on the floor behind the bathroom door, the tv did not work as it appeared there was no internet or WiFi onsite
I stayed on 6/29-7/1 with two separate rooms for our group. Both rooms the bathroom door would NOT shut, first two hours of my check in included the bathroom door being taken off and per the maintenance guy to “cut off the bottom part of the door” I would expect them to get a new door for my stay but maybe a new room some sort of accommodation for the inconvenience. The AC and/or room was so dusty and dirty I woke up both nights with asthma attacks having to use my inhaler. Not to mention we were advised AFTER checking in that there would be a power outage from 9-1 the following day luckily it did not happen but there was no communication that it wasn’t moving forward so we ate/gave away most of our refrigerated items so they didn’t go bad. Terrible communication from the staff, dusty/dirty rooms, & WiFi didn’t work 80% of the time. No one asked how our stay was when we checked out otherwise I would’ve voiced my concerns then.
If there were outlets that worked it would be 5 star. I noticed other people complaining about same thing. Please have working outlets!!! We had to shut off the fridge to charge our phones. Room 13
The room was clean, bathroom was clean but shower drains slow, soft towels, great water pressure, parking was easy, beds were ok. The front desk was not staffed at all times so check in was slowish, I needed to call and checkout before 8am they didn’t have anyone at the desk which made it confusing on where to put the keys.
The hotel was a biker hang out. It was across the street from the amusement park.
There was no way we would have gotten any rest with loud noise from the park and people hanging outside the rooms. Plus I was uneasy with so many people outside the door. The rooms were on the street level so anyone could have pushed there way into our room.
I chose not to stay there even though the room was paid for.
