"Had a great night stay after being at Bryce all day. Arrived to our key taped to the door & everything inside was just perfect. Woke up to deer grazing in the moonlight right outside our door. I watched them from our steps for over 30 minutes. Absolutely stay here! Great property with comfy beds & good water pressure!"

"We loved our little igloo. It was clean, warm and comfy. We checked in later than expected, but the staff was lovely and accommodated us. The kitchen is a nice amenity and popcorn/water bottles they provided were a nice treat. If it hadn’t been cloudy, I’m sure we would’ve seen tons of stars! It’s about 30 months past Bryce Canyon."

"Pros: Very near Kodachrome Basin State Park and not far from Bryce Canyon National Park, the room was clean and spacious, the property is peaceful and quiet. The lady that helped us get checked in was very kind. I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this property. Cons: The cell phone service is not great, but that's not their fault. The signage needs improving, in that there is no large sign at the side of the highway directly at the turnoff/driveway that says "Bryce Park Place." In fact, we ended up driving past it and having to backtrack. There's also a little confusion because it was listed as being in Cannonville but I believe the address is in Holm?"

"The property itself is very nice and clean. No microwave in room but there is a coffee maker. Finding the room is extremely difficult, even with a GPS and Google Maps. We had to call the owner to find the place. There are two properties, Happy Trails East and West, so be clear about which one you reserve. When asked if breakfast is included, we found that it is served at one of the properties and it is $20.00 per person which we didn’t do because that’s extremely excessive and we have never been charged separately for breakfast at any other B&B where we’ve stayed. We got a very nice breakfast at a local restaurant for way less than $40.00!!"
