"整個就是跟遺產，平常是有很多的遊客參觀古宅，其實整體算是不錯，我也是為了這個遺產而入住，服務人員都很親切，會打招呼跟點頭微笑，房間很乾淨，冷氣超強，沒有電梯所以行李是由服務人員扛上去的，早餐不錯吃，只是品相不多，但整體而言我還是很推薦大家來住宿，真的很棒"

"Clean and spacious rooms. Full set of amenities including disposable slippers. Two types of shower heads available - fixed overhead and hand held one. It'd be good if the hand held one had different pressure or blast modes. Water spray is a little weak. Room comes with a safe, iron and ironing board, kettle, mini refrigerator and two umbrellas. Given two free bottles of water, tea bags, coffee everyday. Internet connection is intermittent and not so strong so have to keep logging in. Overall,...

"We had a wonderful time staying at Campbell House. We felt incredibly welcome, the rooms were clean and well kept and the hotel kept so much of its heritage and charm. The staff were wonderful, the terrace was lovely and the on-site restaurant is break. If we are back in Georgetown, we will definitely come back here!"

"Glad I chose to stay here. My room was spacious, cool, and very comfortable. The noise from the street is significant but thankfully it’s quiet at night. The ambiance is unique. The staff is genuinely kind. But they need to break out the paint brushes because some surfaces, especially in the bathrooms, are pretty funky. I’ve stayed at campgrounds and hostels with nicer, hotter, showers :) "

"Very nice hotel with very helpfull staff. The room was clean, comfortable and quite. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping on the doorstep. Easy walking distance to many places of interest. Good price if booked on line. Would recommend."

"I would like to thank you the night receptionist who did an outstanding job. My room on the 8th floor was noisy from the air con, but also from the neighbors (walls are quite thin). The night receptionist very quickly supported my change of room into the 11th floor, which was the same but extremely quiet. It was extremely efficient, and I had two wonderful nights of sleep. For that reason, I would like to highlight the great help and the professionalism of this receptionist. Thanks again!!"
