"Come here every year with our kids. Solid breakfast. The kids love the pool, 20min walk to the island Queen ferry. Staff were always helpful"

"Check in took 45 minutes; they blamed Expedia and charged me more for the realigning balance than what my receipt said. The Club House is nice and modern. You can tell the campers are beaten up: doors do not close, chipped wood on doors and cabinets. Dirty floor only swept not mopped. Broken rails on the deck."

"This is a charming hotel with immaculate rooms that are charming and spacious! The staff are wonderful - friendly and accommodating. The grounds are well kept with a charming little guest area to lounge and have a cup of coffee. Only a half mile walk to the beach and under a mile to town so very walkable too!"

"This place exceeded our expectations. We checked in and there was coffee,tea, water, soft drinks and yes ice cream sandwiches that you have access at anytime. And amazing cookies when we checked in. The room was super cute with a full kitchen and right outside our room had a table and 2 chairs that we sat and ate our breakfast and looked at the ocean, bonus was a small rabbit that came out of the bushes and hung out for awhile. Super private. The breakfast was amazing. We checked the options...

"At 6:00 a.m. on the dot you could hear the clunking from the cleaning person I felt very pushed out early. We were trying to sleep in and all we could hear was slamming doors. There were stains on sheets and very small room not what I expected from the price."
