"I was not even given a room and arrived at midnight. Told that rooms are not available. The front desk person didn’t even help to get a room. Never had an experience like this before in my life. They didn’t even send me a cancellation email."

"I reported at breakfast that toilet tank was continuously running and that valve changing water from tub to shower was stuck so unable to shower. Returned in the evening to find that toilet was not running and then realized we were unable to use toilet because they had resolved the issue by turning the water off at the wall. The staff from the front desk came at 10:15 pm after I called … with difficulty he was able to unstick the shower valve for us but now stuck in shower position. I turned the water to the toilet back on so it continued to run the rest of our stay."
