"Had a great stay at The Fairmont. The hotel is in a really good location with great facilities. Having Nobu and Nikki Beach on site is a real bonus. It's a nice size hotel and with good size rooms and all the staff are really friendly and helpful. A faultless stay."

Immediately we were moved to a room #768, which was a better and larger room. Additionally, we were sent a hand written note and along with a fruit bowl and gifts apologizing for the inconvenience.
