My only bad experience was partly my fault, in that I hadn't closed the doors to the balcony, and I was right above the "boardwalk", and a couple of gals talking loudly, woke me up at 4 a. m. I booked for a room without balcony (with view) but I ended up with a twin bed situation not a double bed. The lady went to the extra trouble of getting a double room with balcony at no extra charge. God bless those few angels who walk among us.
