"The hotel has a wonderful location. The area is very walkable. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The only issue that we had is that the air conditioning had not been turned on for the season when we arrived, so we had to make do with a fan in the room. But we did love our suite."

"Hotel was a 5 minute walk from the train station. Neighborhood did not feel safe so we always came back before dark. Staff was friendly. We were given a great recommendation to eat close by the staff “Cote burger”. Rooftop at the hotel had amazing views. We had our dinner there every night. Wifi was terrible. Overall not too shabby. "The front staff were very helpful in supplying me with a charger that fit the outlet. I didn't bring the right sized one. Very pleasant and central to everything I wanted to do. Also there were some very nice guests that I could have breakfast with and enjoy a pleasant start to my morning. As a single woman traveler, I felt very comfortable and safe here. " Where do we start?! What an incredible hotel. This was our first holiday with our five-month old baby and we were looked after wonderfully.
