"Room was faultless, bathroom was amazing, staff (cleaning and reception) extremely friendly and helpful, hotel is close to the city centre so always a good walk in - a very enjoyable stay, can’t wait to come again! Very helpful that the hotel has a ‘market’ where you can pick up some drinks and snacks and charge to the room, in case everything else is shut. Thank you :-) "

"From start to finish this hotel has what's most important......amazing staff. They booked our taxi from the airport, sent me ideas of places to visit during our stay, walked us up to our rooms on the 3rd floor and introduced me to Bosnian coffee at breakfast. Yes some guests will say the rooms need a little maintenance doing, but in the grand scheme of things it had everything you needed for a great stay. The hotel is less than a 5mins walk from Sacred Heart Cathedral in the middle of the Old Town."

"The staff was awesome, they were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Always greeting me with a smile and a friendly hello. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I was very comfortable in the room. Bonus elevator access. Breakfast was plentiful and had lots of options to choose from. Location in old town was perfect I would recommend and I woyld stay again!"
