However, the access is complicated either through the palace tunnel or winding around some streets, stairs and across a run down courtyard . Detailed access instructions with some photos would have been helpful."

But what was most impressive was the staff. They were so kind and went out of their way to make sure your stay is as fantastic as possible. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great location; just a 7-minute walk to Old Town. A little culture shock when we got there, as there were tons of smokers right outside of the hotel — it shares the location with a bus stop. The property is clean, staff is helpful, AC works great. Shampoo, etc, could use a revamp, and the bathroom could use more light. Breakfast was nice. We only spent one night and do recommend the stay."
