"The communication and ease of checking in and out was great and it was in a very convenient location. The beds were awful though. Very old mattresses that felt like an air mattress and made noise when you moved at all. Extremely flat uncomfortable pillows. Nobody in my party was able to sleep well. I would highly recommend replacing the mattresses and pillows as it is not expensive to buy decent ones at places like Walmart or Costco."

"We really enjoyed the property and we were pleased with the cleanliness of every area. The noise from fellow guests was a problem for all. Not sure how you solve that issue, but in a glamping tent environment, the property really needs to enforce quiet hours."

"Room was great, so big and well stocked. My son and granddaughters came by to eat dinner and play cards, with my mother and I. plenty of space to do that in our room. My husband and I stayed here many times, during his cancer treatments, at UCH, which is very near by. It was good accommodations, for his very ill conditions. The staff was also nice during those stays."

"Overall stay was not very good , hotel is not peaceful at all . There are a lot of traffic noises all night . You can hardly sleep there, room towels were not in very good conditions . Breakfast was terrible they did not even serve regular breads , no fruits . There are hardly any choices for breakfast. The location of this hotel is not good it’s surrounded by all the roads and you won’t get parking near the hotel which is very uncomfortable to move your luggage ."
