"Clean and comfortable. Great location, close to action. Super cute. Moose wandered through the property while we were there!
The reasons it didn’t get 5 stars:
-Breakfast was odd. Pre built burritos, grab and go, for one hour. Tasty, but just odd.
-Staff repeatedly told us the restaurant was open for dinner. We sat there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. So we left.
-No bathroom fan."

"Justin was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is my new go-to hotel for the Winter Park area. Convenient access to all the local areas, cabriolet lift, and a short drive away from the Fraser and Rendezvous communities, where they have fantastic recreation areas and some wonderful coffee shops. If you're willing to drive up to an hour or hour and a half from this spot, you'll find lots to do in any direction. From visiting trolls in Breckenridge to relaxing in the Hot Sulfur...

"Our reservation was canceled and we never even received a notification. We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything...
