We were in a party of six and shred 4 rooms. The friends sharing 2 rooms said it was a bit cramped. The staff were friendly and there was no active reception Sunday evening we checked in ok The breakfast was plentiful and good value. Fine for a stopover

I booked a different Comfort Inn in Orleans France. 1 kilometre from this one. It was confirmed. I showed up last night to find the hotel closed and under renovation. I called their number it was in French saying they were closed indefinitely for Reno’s. I reached out to Expedia virtual help, in less than two minutes I was texting back a fourth with Bobby a live advisor. He was able to contact the owner via a different number and fortunately they had a second location close by. I was provided a room at the alternative location. The hotel was typical of hotels in commercial area okay for one evening. Thanks Expedia for helping me out.

Réceptionniste accueillant, souriant. Chambre petite, bon matelas mais les oreillers sont trop durs..chambre mal insonorisées. Salle de bain très petite, pas faite pour les personne de forte corpulence, wc coincés entre le mur, le lavabo et la porte, se mettre de travers sur la cuvette. Propreté de la tablette à revoir et odeur pas terrible. Tasse et petite cuillère sur le plateau pas très propre. Rapport qualité prix correct ainsi que petit déjeuner rien à redir

Notre séjour à été horrible que ce soit disant comfort pas du tout la chambre puait les égouts, les gens qui fume en dessous de la chambre pas cool, la salle de bain étais très salle, le lit double ce creusais au milieu pas du tout comfortable et j'en parle pas de la tranquillité ou ça tapais sur la port violement ensuite une deuxième fois a 6h du matin. Plus jamais on remet les pieds dans ce coin très très déçu.
