"Kudos to the staff who made us feel warm and welcomed!!! Our train was late arriving and they stayed late to welcome us and take our luggage to our room; all with enthusiasm and warmth!! The room was updated big spacious with a view to die for. A big draw for me was the king size bed. In other countries it is so hard to find accommodations that offer a king size bed; it was so comfy!!! We sprung for a balcony overlooking the mountains/running river and we are soooooo glad we did!!! To wake up...

Although he speaks Spanish, and we speak in English, it is not a problem as long as we can google translate, and he is really willing to help us. I felt being well taken care of. "This was a very nice affordable place to stay in Cusco. One thing that I wasn’t expecting was there was no front desk or lobby. I arrived late at night and it’s not very well marked. I had to ring a doorbell and was quickly greeted very nice employee who gave me my room code. (It’s a historic building so they can’t make changes to the exterior.)
