"Clean, comfortable bed"

"Although the room & bathroom were clean, when we entered the room upon arrival, a very unpleasant sewage odor was present. This odor was corrected by an air freshner my husband found in the exercise room. The curtains need to be replaced as the backing was deteriorating allowing streetlight & am sunlight to filter through. The beds were very comfortable; the linen & towels were adequate. The staff was very cordial & parking was adequate. The breakfast offered was limited."

"The breakfast crew was very rude and disrespectful. As soon as breakfast started and it was set out they went and stood right next to the food hands crossed starring at everyone's plates. They spoke Spanish to each other about how much food were on people's plates and saying rude things. I travel often and never had I ever experienced this. Sucks because the location was good and the room was decent but that experience alone made me never want to go back to that hotel it was too expensive to not...
