The room had stains on the towel, a ripped bath mat and loose tiles. The balcony hadn't been cleaned for a while as rubbish in the door rails. Table but no chairs on balcony even though others had both.
Sliding door doesn't close or latch at all let alone lock it.
Breakfast was ok. American breakfast you have to order and pay for "extra bacon" as it doesn't come with bacon. ₱150 for "3 pieces of bacon" which is one small piece cut into 3.
Went down one night for dinner, closes at 10pm so we went down at 915pm to be told kitchen closed. Had to try & find something open which ended up having uncle John's food.
The few times I went to the bar was overcharged for local beer even though they advertised happy hour prices.
No room service for 3 days. No mention that room service isn't offered on the site.
1 toilet roll for 3 days or you have to pay for more. No beds made as no room service.
Paid a premium price to stay here & very disappointed in product offered.
Also we stayed on the 5tg floor & was told only after we checked in and paid deposit that the lifts were not working. With chronic back pain this was certainly not ideal.
Staff were friendly hence not rated 1 star.
I would say that this place is a 2 star motel at best but advertising as a hotel is very much not true.
I emailed the GM with my complaints to ask for a resolution & partial refund, received an excuse regarding the lift & ignored all other issues. I replied and asked for resolution...still waiting for respon
