"Lovely location. Amazing all inclusive. Reception area can seem a bit chaotic but that’s more about the customers than the staff. The guys running the spa can be quite intimidating, constantly trying to sell treatments which spoils the mood a bit. Do not go here if you want a quiet break. The noise from the entertainment makes the rooms shake until at least midnight; and my room was a long way from the centre. Huge amount of facilities. "We requested a quiet room during our stay, but unfortunately we were given a room right next to the bars. The noise late into the night made it very difficult to relax and get proper sleep. This was especially disappointing since we specifically mentioned wanting a quiet room in advance. The hotel itself was nice, but the room placement really affected our overall experience. I hope the staff pays more attention to guest requests in the future."

The hotel was dirty and unvlean, the highchiar provided was dirty and broke as soon as my child sat in it causing my child to hurt himself, hotel did nothing to help. The room we where given was extremely small and the balacony was unsafe, also next to sewage tank, hotel manager wouldnt change room or refund when asked. "Although we read about the music we had not really imagined it would be as loud. So we left after one night of our 3 night prepaid trip. There was not a lot the hotel could do so we didn’t make a fuss. A few things that could have been improved: there were no curtains.
