"Excellent air conditioning, very nice spacious bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. For the most part it was a great experience and the staff was very helpful and attentive. The only things were that there was a slow drain in the bathroom sink that was caused by a bunch of hair that was never cleaned out. There was also definitely an ant problem, mostly confined to the bathtub drain. But I don't hold it against the motel too much, as at this time of year in Port Angeles, that seemed to be a widespread thing. Also the tv was not great and had a permanent vertical line stuck on the screen. You just have to know what you're there for. If it's for the beauty of the area as we were and you're just looking for a clean (all but the drain) comfortable home base and you have your meals planned out and/or plan to just eat out (there is a fridge and microwave but no other real means to cook or prepare food), then it's a really great, reasonable place to stay. And we would gladly stay there again under the same criteria"
