"Cannot beat the price we paid. It can easily offset a few minor negatives that we experienced. Find the place and parking was breeze plus, on top of that, staffs are great. We missed the free breakfast though. As the hair dryer did not work and we could not find the steam iron, there were a few things we could not do during our stay. Nonetheless, the bed was firm (great for us) and table and chairs were good for two people to eat together. Only wish there were more AC outlets so that we could charge all gadgets simultaneously. Even it was close to main interstate, the room was very quiet to give us a good night sleep. Again, thank you very much for all of your effort!!"

"Front desk assistants were kind, helpful, and even offered to move me to another room when issues came up. Customer service was definitely the highlight of my stay. Unfortunately, I did have a small plague of ants in the room. I understand this can happen during certain times of the year, so I chose not to move rooms, but I ended up with about 200 ants happily trailing to my dog’s food dish. Lucky me. I was also disappointed in the cleanliness of the room and hallways. The hallways did not appear to be vacuumed, and the sinks had noticeable hard water rings with brown and black discoloration. Maybe I noticed it more because I had recently dealt with the same thing at home. The beds were firm, made nicely and felt crisp, but there were still visible washed-and-dried stains remaining on the bedding. Another issue was the smell in the room. Food odors from either reheated meals or previous guests lingered heavily — a strong curry/spice scent that hit every time I entered the room. The water machine had great-tasting water. I did not try or see the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The hotel is located near Dodge Street just across the frontage road, so traffic noise is definitely noticeable. Overall, this place excelled in customer service and appears to be undergoing newer remodeling updates. However, the cleanliness issues and ants really affected the stay. Also worth noting: pet-friendly accommodations cost an additional $20 per night. :o"

"We do not know the city we were in. We came to the hotel hungry. After we checked in (which was about 9:30pm), we asked if they knew of a fast food place that would deliver. They told us they did not and that was it. The room was cold so I wanted some heat. The note on the thermostat said we had to call the desk to be able to get heat. I called and called and no one answered. So we were cold. Usually you can find an extra blanket in the room. There were none. When we checked out the employee never asked if we enjoyed out stay or have a nice day or anything. I asked for a detail receipt and she refused to give me one. We checked out at 7am. All the lobby and outdoor trash cans were already full of garbage. That early in the morning. They don't explain anything to you. It was a very unfriendly experience."
