WORST STAY EVER! Firstly, it is NOT smoke-free. Everything reeked of cigarettes & stale smoke; my wife & I were coughing our lungs out. Secondly, the customer service was appalling. We were treated very poorly by staff members - Jacob was rude & had zero customer service/social skills. Thirdly, we got ZERO sleep! The room above us was incredibly loud all night long - they were stomping loudly, banging on walls, & moving furniture around. I called the front desk multiple times but nothing put an end to this person’s behavior. Our night was completely disrupted & ruined. I went back to the front desk at 7am to talk with the assistant manager, Victoria, but she did not empathize/apologize about the incidents. Instead, she proceeded to argue & defend the behaviour of this individual. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by hotel staff who dismissed all of my concerns/complaints & made no effort to resolve the issues. We checked out the next day & demanded a full refund of our stay. We were told the manager would call us about this but no one did. On a follow-up call, Jacob put me on hold for 10 minutes & forgot to pickup the phone. Eventually, the ‘new general manager’ picked up & assured me they would be in touch - unsurprisingly no one has contacted me. I gave them ample time to make this right but every opportunity was wasted due to incompetence & impassivity. I still believe we deserve to be refunded, but until then this review will remain.
