The room had a kitchenette but no dishes, silverware, or even an ice bucket. Pool was very small, no breakfast, and evey time we went to the front desk we had to ring a bell and or pick up a phone ...then wait for someone to show up. I wouldn't recommend.

We stayed with my family for 3 nights. The staff were super friendly, greeted us with a smiley face. The rooms were loud from other people running around. The only thing we didn’t like was that we didn’t get room service at all while we stayed even though we mentioned it to them.

When we uncovered the blanket, we noticed there were crumbs all over the sheets, there were also Cheetos on the floor. The lady at the front desk was very nice and came to change them, she was very polite and efficient. Just don’t think we will be staying there again because it seems like the room was never cleaned after who ever stayed before us.

Da die Lufthansa Verspätung hatte und mein Anschluss Flug umgebucht hat in Chicago auf den nächsten Tag, konnte ich diesen Aufenthalt nicht mal wahr nehmen. Da ich im Flieger von München nach Chicago um 16 Uhr war und nicht wusste von einer Verspätung konnte ich nicht in der „Frist“ rechtzeitig stornieren. Der Manager hat prompt drauf bestanden das ich keinerlei Erstattung oder sonst was bekomme. Hier buche ich NIE WIEDER! Und sag dann gleich auch allen die ich kenne hier nicht zu buchen

Internet speed extremely slow The building close to road, when a truck passes, the floor felt being pulled down, lasted for 5-10 seconds, like the floor will collapse or earthquake, very terrifying experience

Im really picky about the hotels i stay in especially after working in housekeping for years. This is probably the first and only hotel that lived up to my expectations. I was very satisfied with everything. The staff and cleanliness..it was a great experience. The bed probably could be replaced but it wasnt terrible.

This is an EXTENDED STAY so it has a kitchenette with full fridge and 2 burners. Since it is an extended stay, they do NOT have a complimentary breakfast. Breakfast can be ordered for a price and delivered to your room. Also, this property is beside a major roadway and is noisy all day and night with loud exhaust, etc.
