"There is no such building called the Picton waterfront apartments. The building is actually called the Oxley rock Apartments. There is nice signage or any indication anywhere that we are at the Picton waterfront apartments. This created total confusion and frustration whilst we walk outside in heavy rain with our luggage paper in hand trying to figure it out. Very poor experience. Phone calls and email went unanswered. "The room we were in, James Cook, was wonderful. Clean, well equipped, comfortable, with a lovely deck. It was also great to have breakfast provided each day. Steffan and Michelle are fantastic hosts. Warm, proactive, helpful, and fun. I highly, highly recommend this place."
