There was an internet outage for approximately 24 hours, which was a significant inconvenience. I took one shower in the evening and another in the morning, and the water never got hotter than kind of warm. I wanted a hot shower, and the water temp was at least 20 degrees cooler than I normally enjoy."

"Easy check in process and appreciated the 1200 checkout. We were able to utilize the pool area later in the morning before checkout. Valet was easy and helpful. The room was clean, well kept and quiet. We even had a balcony that overlooked Bay Street. Just a fantastic hotel."
