"Everything was great apart from breakfast. I’ve never seen a more badly run operation. Not sure if you were understaffed or if it was poor management Either way there were no clean tables and no mugs or glasses. The restaurant literally looked like a bomb site. Zero stars for that."

"We stayed for a night after moving our daughter into Uni. The hotel was lovely. The staff were very helpful, friendly & professional. It was a great location too. We will definitely rebook."

"Really nice clean modern hotel. We booked it as we were attending a show at the Symphony Hall and the hotel was ideal being just a 5 minute walk away. The Bullring shopping centre is around 10-15 minute walk. Parking is easy and is around £17 a day, payable via a QR code on exit. Our Double air conditioned ..."
