"The place is located next to the shore. It has a beach and cabanas next to it. The sound of the waves is very relaxing. We did horseback riding with the kids and they loved it. The view of the volcan Concepcion is unbeatable. Howling monkeys and others animals are present on site. We stayed in the family cabin and it had a view of the volcano and animals. It was very relaxing! Good restaurant, but the paraiso restaurant, at 15min walk on the beach, is something else!"

"Pros:
- Well maintained grounds
- Clean property
- Polite, helpful staff
- nice pool
- very comfortable bedding
- enjoyed watching the rabbits hop and play
- blackout curtains on windows
Cons:
- Ordered pancakes for breakfast, got floppy waffles
- Toilet would not always flush (told it was a lack of water in the tank, but the sprinklers were on in the grass)
- bath towels were old and rough
- rooms need to be aired out, bathroom smelled like stale water
- tap spout in bathroom was loose and...

"The place is beautiful, and the sights are amazing. I especially loved the incredible view of the volcano. However, what I didn’t like was the bathroom. The electrical box is placed in a location where, every time we take a shower, the handle gives us an electric shock. This is very concerning and should be addressed for the safety of the guests.
