"I usually travel from Daegu to Sindaebang Samgeori station to visit my girlfriend and I can honestly say that this hotel was probably one of the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in around Seoul. The room I was in was very clean. The district just outside the property has a lot of restaurants, convenient stores nearby, bus and train station were about 3-5 minutes away. "Wonderful place to stay for few days. I had my own room with its bathroom. If you like to interact with others, you can stay in the 6 people room. Staffs were very nice and their service was great. There is a train station nearby (approx. 10 minutes of walking - Yeongdeungpogu office station). Have many convenience stores and good and affordable restaurants nearby. "A brilliant hotel attached to a mall and covered walking distance to the airport. The room and amenities were excellent- exceeded expectations. The staff were friendly and efficient. Probably the only airport hotel that I could say that I wish I had more time to spend here! Highly recommend."

"Good hotel at a good location. It is near to Hongdae shopping areas and is right next to the airport limousine bus stop and train station. Only issue i have with the hotel is that the lift takes forever to come. It is not uncommon to wait for 3 minutes plus for or more the lift to come. Also i dislike the pillow. But this is more of a personal preference. The room can gets noisy at times as it is right next to the road. Also whenever i turn on the shower or tap with hot water there will be a strange sound likely caused by the water pressure. Beside that, everything is good and should not deter you from considering this hotel."

"Stained, smelly carpets. I could smell them at night. With additional humidity it intensified. Overall hotel is ok, but some room parts need replacement. I got a phone call when I was 30-40 min late for my check out, to get out asap. Not directly, but with tone. Staying away from Lotte hotels in the future."

"Hotel is well located within Seoul, not far from Seoul Station making it a good hub for getting around. It is along the Seoullo city walkway. Room was a good size, good bathroom, comfy bed, plug sockets by the bed and across the room. Hotel is located above the Seoulista bar which is a really nice craft beer bar with good food. Seems very popular with the locals."
