"Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên tốt bụng, có bàn ủi nhưng phải hỏi mới đưa. Bếp có đủ đồ dùng."

"Sheets were stained. There were no forks in the cabinet to use. The bathroom was tiny, I'm only 5'4 and when I sat on the toilet my knees were touching the wall. I had to sit sideways on it. The bath cabinet had no door on it. The towel rack was broken. There was one bath towel it was thin and cheap. No wash cloth. No dish soap to do the dishes. Just all around awful. Didn't mention hidden damage fee of $200(what a joke) until I had already booked room. Then you get a welcome email asking for...

"Room was not available until an hour after check in, lack of proper communication for staff (front desk had to call and text house keeping to get an update, told wrong room at first and had to again wait for a response for the right room). Our family of 5 was staying in the suite we only had 3 towels, no bedding for the sofa bed, the kitchen and bathroom needed better cleaning, the arms of the sofa are badly stained/miscolored, the AC was broken and being on the 8th floor our room remained 77-80...

"Good Staff & great motel"

"wow. What an unbelievable experience! First off, the place was absolutely stunning. The entire building is extremely well preserved and well maintained! The furniture is stunning and includes a functioning pipe organ (!!) as well as a piano —antique with GORGEOUS timbre. The decorations were next level! And the place was really clean. honestly that would have been more than enough for me but the treatment by the hosts was superb. They were so attentive and considerate really going above and...

"The hotel was charming in a great location. The staff was more than helpful. While the hotel itself was built in the 18th century, the room itself was modern and comfortable."

"Beautiful hotel, very quiet and peaceful with nice staff and amenities."

"A"

"First things first, I was very impressed and relieved by the cleanliness of the room. The architecture of the room was lovely with the brick walls, a fireplace, and a tiny balcony. I was able to leave the door to the balcony open and get fresh air in my room first thing in the morning. It was so nice. The complimentary blueberry muffin that they had in the lobby in the morning was delicious and moist."

"It was very dark in the hotel. Room layout was unusual with shower window to the rest of the room and door to the toilet was not floor to ceiling and not sound proof at all. Fine for a married couple but not ideal if I were traveling with someone else. Bar area/lounge was very cool. Staff were very good."

"This was my fourth or fifth stay and unfortunately I had a room facing building cooling units and garbage cans. Would definitely ask not to be put there next time but they’re often pretty full for events. This is a great property, near lots of restaurants, easy access to Philly, friendly staff."

"Excellent staff, perfect hospitality and definitely love the hotel’s condition - coming here for years, but always feels fresh and new."

"I called for an early check, but when I reach there at 2:19pm. I was told that Rume is not available and they asked me to pay 30$ for early check-in. Small lotion, small bar soap, small shampoo, broken TV, broken toilet seat. Never again"

"The environment was serene. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and has arguable the best bathroom shower (no mold, no discolored tiles) I have seen - and I do stay in five-star resorts/hotels all the time. They have the most polite staff. The classical music played overhead at the lobby is very soothing."
