"There wasnt really any way to contact the front office from the room. We had to go downstairs from third floor. No maps either of the hotel. So when we checked in we walked around for a bit to figure out what direction"

"The place is amazing. The only drawback is that the property is so huge that it feels like you’re living in a condominium complex so you kinda have to drive around or request a golf cart escort. It also is very chill and does not have a resort feel in the pools. The pools are very serene and chill. There’s no bars at the pool unless you’re going to two of the big ones like the 21+. But I will say that the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They’re very attentive. They have great amenities."

No coffee was available and the doors were locked. We didn't see any other customers. We have been there without any problems."

The staff were friendly but we noticed very poor communication within their resort. When we called for a shuttle to the pool we were told someone was on the way.
