Once the room was ready, the staff did not offer to help us to the room and did not help us with our bags. This is not like a hotel, more like an old age home. Room itself was clean but the common areas were filthy. I would not recommend this accommodation."

I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. "
