"The first day: we arrived to find out that both rooms that we booked had, attention - extremely dirty toilet closets. We had only a weekend trip, why would it be even a problem for such a premium hotel to give rooms in these conditions to guests? After I reported that the toilet in my room had an issue, the staff acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. "We stayed at the hotel in March 2026. The hotel is dated, but clean. The staff were nice. The hotel rooms were clean. But the heat was so high it was very uncomfortable to sleep. Pillows were so soft your head was on the bed despite the pillow. The hotel and staff and patrons looked right out of 1970’s Lawerence Welk show. From the way we were served, to the food"
