"Went there for one night to go to the Moon and Stars. Booked the cheapest room and on arrival found out that I got upgraded for no upcharge because they had empty rooms for the night. Breakfast was a really nice buffet with plenty of good options. Would definitely recommend"

If you don’t speak Italian, it is also difficult to get assistance in English. I felt unwelcome and even discriminated against during breakfast. Overall, the hotel seems mainly geared towards seniors, and I would not recommend it to young people or those travelling with friends."

"Very nice hotel on the Lago Maggiore in Verbania! Staff was super kind to find the right room for my mother that is 82 and has mobility issues ! The area is very nice calm with many restaurants and cafe around . Great location of the hotel and from there you can also take the little ferries to visit all the Lake’s Town and little islands !"
