"Our rooms were clean, beds comfortable, great lobby to lounge and the location was great. Front desk was always helpful to provide water and answer any questions. The big downfall was checkout. It took 30 minute to get an elevator down from the 27th floor. They are doing upgrades so hopefully that fixes this issue."

"The location is perfect. It’s in the middle of the city center, very easy to get around. Room is clean. Staffs are friendly. The bathroom door has this tinted glass that was a little inconvenient for our family of three, but it’s more of a laugh than a deal breaker. My husband would have to announce his bathroom events for privacy. You can’t see through the glass, but you can see the shadows of a person and know what the person is doing."
