"Great location, clean room. When I requested extra towels and new shampoo and soap for the bathroom, environmental came up in a timely manner. The pool was closed, a little surprised about that."

"The location at the North End of the Lake couldn't be better. The room was large and the bathroom was spa like. The food was great, we ate 4 of our 6 meals on site."

"I loved the hotel and the property - so beautiful and layout was attractive and very inviting; loved the night of music under the canopy, fire pit by the lake, etc. Enjoyed being at the public lake and on the paths. Our only downside was the check in that took over an hour - had nothing to do with the hotel or staff - since that was all great! EXPEDIA messed up our reservation even though I had confirmation etc......and hotel did not have our room reserved. It was a nightmare because...

"Pool was in disrepair the bottom was severely discolored making it appear dirty. Breakfast was less than average for similar hotels. Room appeared clean but carpet was damp. Bed was not particularly comfortable (felt springs). I would rate this property a 6-7"

"Clean rooms, hot tub and pool were great, friendly staff. Bed was comfy. Didn’t wake up in time for breakfast though but it was probably good too lol. Would stay here again."
