"Harley was incredibly helpful! He proactively messaged me with instructions for check-in, it was super easy. Felt really cared for, he offered assistance, was always quick to reply and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was super comfortable, clean and well equipped for short stays in the city. The location is 10/10, across the street from Wellsley Station, on the corner of Yonge Street, steps away from all the food, coffee and bubble tea options you can imagine. Definitely recommend and plan to come back!"

"Room was nice and clean, nice big bathroom. Lack of kettle and tea bags in the room was disappointing. Most staff we encountered were friendly. Breakfast had a good variety. Personally I think people should dress for breakfast and not be allowed to wear pajamas. The young bell hope that was there when we checked in and out was very nice. "
