"As always, super helpful & friendly staff. Very comfy bed, large quiet rooms with good food & drinks."

"Beautiful and quiet property with a fantastic location—the owners were amazing host"

"Highly recommended for overall design quality, very pleasant room and exterior facilities. Breakfast is exceptional. Host advices regarding the activities and places to visit are excellent and accurate. Centrally located to all the attractions around Bruges and the Belgian coast. Alternatively, a very quiet and remote location for just resting, biking or walking around the calm countryside."

"Hotel was lovely. Marco was very helpful and served a great breakfast. Room was large size, comfortable. Would stay again."

"Super netjes. Goed ontbijt, lunch, diner. Heel vriendelijke mensen"

"Goed bereikbaar, schoon en netjes, vriendelijk personeel. Helaas fout bij inchecken, waardoor creditcard 2x belast werd. En het bedrag is na 3 weken nog niet terugbetaald. Ook geen antwoord gekregen op email aan het hotelbedrijf."

"We stayed in a family room. As soon as we checked in, it was clear the room had not been cleaned - old clothes on the floor and food in the fridge area. We requested the room be cleaned again. Unfortunately it was clear on other days the room wasn’t being hoovered, no new bin liners etc. We had constant issues with our pass locking us out the room. "Great hotel ! Localisation is perfect to visit the city. The staff were very helpful and efficient to book at a restaurant for us. The room was perfect and included everything that we needed. The only negative review I have is the price for the baby bassinet. We decided to use a travel crib instead because we felt like 25 euro every night was a bit excessive."

"La ubicación y las camas"

"Man fühlt sich in eine andere Epoche versetzt☺️"

"Great hotel overall. Modern decor, very clean throughout. Room was spacious and clean. No instructions on how to work the heating/air-con so had to ask at reception. Amazing breakfast, anything you can think of and constantly checked and replenished. Central location and close to the train station. Car park underneath hotel but it is extremely tight. Great communication via email before stay, replied within minutes. Would stay here again."

"Hôtel très propre, accueillant, et très bien placé pour visiter le centre-ville. Personnel très sympathique."

"The hotel is charming, aesthetically pleasing and clean. The bathroom is luxurious and their shampoo, conditioner, liquid bath and lotion are hydrating and mildly scented. Breakfast buffet is good! I recommend availing this. The staff lovely! They are friendly, helpful and always pleasant. I will be staying here every time I’m in Bruges!"

"Front desk and restaurant staff were very polite and welcoming. They have fresh gluten free options and they showed their appreciation with a small chocolate box and cookies. Thank you so much for your hospitality!"

"MY 'superior' room was so small that there was barely any place to put our 2 small suitcases and we kept hitting our feet and knees along the edges of the bed. It was a very cramped room. Again, NOT a 4 star size ."
