"Underwhelming and disappointing. We had a garden suite that would accommodate 5 people… very dated and in need of modernisation. Room had real potential to be beautiful. Unable to comment on other areas of the hotel. Convenient for the Chunnel which was a saving grace."

"Room was clean, bathroom was ok. Asked for extra pillows and were delivered in 5minutes by housekeeping- appreciated. (We had spare pillow in wardrobe but it was stained) There was some loud annoying sound every 4/5minutes all night, so because of that I don’t recommend staying in room 133. Apart from that it’s one of better hotels around le shuttle."

"Such a great find for the last night of our road trip- the apartment was spotless and so well designed. Our son loved the garden and we enjoyed the peaceful balcony and the beautiful surroundings. The perfect place for a family stay only 35minutes drive from Le Shuttle."

"Hotel erscheint auf den ersten Blick wegen der Sterilität wie ein Altersheim/Krankenhaus. Aber es ist alles tipptopp sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Frühstück im zweiten Stock im Restaurant/Bar. (Fahrstuhl!) War nicht überragend aber okay. Man kann dort auch abends à la carte essen. Haben wir nicht gemacht aber die Gerichte sahen sehr lecker aus. Betten richtig bequem und durch die Lage des Hotels sehr ruhig. Man konnte sehr entspannt schlafen. Für eine...
