"The breakfast was more than I expected. However, the sausage patties were terrible and gave me indigestion. Room service was only provided every other day. Which was ok. When I booked the hotel, I immediately asked for balcony ocean view, which I ended up having to pay extra for."

"The desk staff was (all shifts) not outwardly friendly nor made you feel welcome as a guest. No cheerfulness…….no smiles. Answered questions when asked. Breakfast was fine. I wish they offered an English muffin and one “healthy” cold cereal of the three. The food area was well maintained. The carpet in the room hallways was very dirty. Other common areas looked clean.
