"Superb! From the second we arrived, perfection. We were very warmly greeted, given a room without delay. The room was nicely decorated, with plenty of amenities. The bedding was luxurious and we slept well. We will definitely return!"

"Great hotel! Had a mishap with receiving a scam email from the hotel and it was a scam but the hotel offered great customer service by upgrading our room and left us some chocolates. My only complaint is I wasn’t aware of all the closures due to the Easter holiday so some amenities were unavailable. All and all beautiful room and view, great breakfast, nice sky bar, great staff vey helpful and welcoming! Would stay again for sure! "

"The hotel is easily accessible by the S-Bahn and only 2 stops from the Frankfurt main station. The included breakfast is excellent with lots of variety and the staff keep it clean and well stocked. The location is great for walking to the old town and we had a view of a medieval tower right outside of our room. We also ate at the tower cafe and it was delicious! We would definitely stay here again if we are in Frankfurt."
