"The place is well advertised but the communication was very poor between platforms some say we needed own towels and other saying other check-in requirements and wrong times. "We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. On the Expedia site it specifically said that both bathrobes and laundry facilities were provided but this was not the case. "The check-in process was unclear and no staff was on site. No code was provided for the six lockboxes outside premises. When Expedia staff had to intervene no I do was provided that the hotel has rooms in other buildings. Another example of a hotel that’s run without staff at the premises and cannot be contacted to resolve an issue. Most terrible check in ever."

"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"
