"Would have been a five star review if it wasn't for the cleanliness of the room, specifically the bathroom. Not a huge fan of showers that are on the same height as the rest of the bathroom floor either, as the water from the shower would spill all around the rest of the bathroom. The toilet wasn't very clean when we arrived and neither was the floor of the bathroom. Otherwise a great hotel, the room was great, the staff were great.
Good to know, because we weren't told: daily cleaning service...

"Nadie de los empleados habla español.
Teníamos 2 habitaciones y en una le faltaba la cafetera y los albornoces y se lo pedimos 2 veces y solamente nos dejaron la cafetera los albornoces se perdieron por el camino.
Estaban en huelga y el bar y el restaurante no lo abrieron ningún día, las instalaciones muy bien."
