Beautiful accommodation in a breathtaking location. Excellent pool and spa facilities overlooking the valley, lovely staff and a wonderful breakfast. Absolutely recommended, would love to stay again.

Parfait pour une étape dans l’arrière pays

Très jolie maison dans ce village étrange aux multiples maisons abandonnées. Chambre spacieuse de style provençal avec tout le confort nécessaire. Vue magnifique sur la campagne. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Magnifique piscine.

After reading the flowery description on the website the stay at Angelica was very disappointing. First the good bits - lovely position set high in the hills with lovely views. Small but nice room. Short stroll away was a very nice Istrian restaurant. Now the bad - on arrival no help with cases up two flights of stairs (no lift) . My 76 year old husband really struggled and hurt his back. Same on departure plus the steep hill to negotiate. The air con did not work for the first two nights which was unbearable. The auto plug in sink was broken as was the safe. No fridge in room or kettle so we couldn’t make a hot or have a cold drink. Asked for ice but told ice machine was broken and would be fixed next day. Three days later still no ice. Surely some could have been made in the fridge. Very basic breakfast . No toaster. The fruit platter was a joke. Had to ask for basics like spoons, sugar, salt and pepper as only knife and fork on table. Outside the pool was very dirty, no umbrellas by the uncomfortable uncushioned sunbeds for any shade. The garden was shabby and full of weeds, such potential wasted. There were a few free bikes most of which had punctures. To rate this as a 5 star hotel is plainly ridiculous. It is a 3 star air B & B at best. The friendly staff were nowhere to be seen. One lone young girl if you were lucky who kept saying things would be coming/fixed tomorrow but sadly for us tomorrow never came.

Nice base to explore the area

Location in a quiet village on the hilltop is really nice with good views all around and a good base to explore the area. Despite the small size of the place all is there, a pool, wellness. Food in the village is limited to 1 restaurant, but luckily they cook simple but excellent food with a generous amount of local truffles and suburb views of fhe valley. The room lacks a bit of atmosphere, staff seem a bit scared of people at times but its a good place.

On a whim we booked this location and really enjoyed ourselves. It's off the beaten track but located in a beautiful region of Croatia. Don't miss the spa which overlooks the gardens. The tiny medieval town next door is wonderful in the moonlight. Breakfast in a large country kitchen was sublime.

Отличный отель! Дружелюбный отзывчивый персонал. шикарный номер Делюкс, все чисто и красиво. единственное - плохо уходит вода в ванной. Завтрак вкусный, готовили при нас. Уютно и по- домашнему. Если вы хотите отдохнуть от суеты и расслабиться в тишине- рекомендую!

Traumhafte Einsamkeit! Überwältigender Blick.

Dieses Hotel in diesem Ort ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Wer in der Zeit zur Ruhe kommen möchte, sollte einige Tage dort verbringen. Das Haus, die Lage und das Hotelmanagement sind einzigartig. Wir haben dort 3 wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Das Dorfrestaurant unter den Kastanienbäumen haben wir JEDEN Abend besucht! Einfach Urlaub!
