"The room was clean and had what we needed. We worked part of our trip and was impressed with the internet speed. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They even helped when I asked them to suggest a nail salon in the area. "

"The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was an open used bar of soap and shampoo sample in the shower as well as a used washcloth hanging over the shower curtain rod!!!!! The TV did not work even though the front desk staff made two trips to our room in attempt to fix it. He was very apologetic. The carpet is filthy. I am surprised this hotel is in the Wyndham family of hotels."

"You would have thought that they would have offered a discount since the elevator didn’t work and hasn’t for at least a couple weeks. The stairs aren’t easy to navigate when you have had two back surgeries. "
