Breakfast was great and staff was so friendly! Pool was nice but really cold! Loved the soap, shampoo, conditioner provided and the office desk was a bonus for work! Would definitely stay again!"

"The room was terrible. It was absolutely nothing like what was pictured online. The bathroom was filthy, the room smelled horrible, we drug our luggage up 2 stairways because there are no elevators, stained carpets, knobs missing off drawers, stains on the comforter, mirrors were dirty. In general, the place is nasty - don’t waste your money!! I got my money back and left as fast as I could!!"

"Almost all of the staff I encountered were unfriendly and not helpful. No information was given at check-in as to the hotel amenities or how to access wifi. The hotel had coned off the handdicapped parking spots leaving those with a handicap unable to find a close spot. This was done presumably for access for the heavy equipment to do work on that side of the building. So why were we given a room on that side of the building that was going to be worked on. "I never do reviews but I have to say this hotel is one of my favorite for my family & I. We stayed only one night but it’d be great for longer stays. From great working air conditioning, comfortable bed, amazing breakfast, welcoming staff , super quick and easy check in and lastly CLEAN. It was an amazing stay, 11AM check out was very convenient for us who made it in late enough time to rest , eat shower and repack.
