"Das Haus ist kernsaniert, schön und sauber . Die Kommunikation verlief einwandfrei. Es wurde mir gegen einen fairen Aufpreis ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz angeboten was ich als sehr hilfreich empfand. Es gibt einen separaten Waschraum mit trocknen und bügeleisen. Sehr gute Wahl für eine Übernachtung. Gerne wieder."

"Room was not clean there was hair fibers all around the floor There is not glass or whatever to have some drink in it Apartment if i can call it that way was much smaller around 20 square meters and in description it say more then 30 So the price we pay is totally too big for such a small room with nothing in it This room is not worth much that 30 euro per night Never again "

Would recommend for a stay in Thessaloniki. However, 2 negative things that can be easily fixed by the management company. 1. We were not provided with any check in details and there was no one at the building when we arrived at 3.00pm. We called 2 different numbers several times but no one answered.
