"Pool and breakfast were great. Smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night at 5am due to low battery. Unfortunately when we called the front desk and went to the front desk no one was there for a few minutes and then instead of staff replacing battery my husband was given a random battery found hoping it would work. "Booked for 3 nights and paid to park. Left after 1 night & was not able to speak with anyone by the phone number provided despite many attempts. The woman @ the desk did not seem to care about my concerns, refused any refund for parking or the $45/day resort fee.
