"Nice place to stay overnight. Large rooms and a large grassy area outside. When we were there it was chilly and rainy, so we did not make use of the grounds. The kitchenette is adequately supplied. Power points are sufficient. The bed was comfortable and the location was very quiet."

"Enjoyed our 1 night stay with Jenny and Ken. Our room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Nice little spot to sit outside in their glorious garden, which must keep them very busy. A couple of friendly cats in the main part of the house. It is a 20 minute walk, or short drive into Geraldine with it's restaurants and cafes. Barkers (the jam people) have a store and café there. There is also a nice little craft brewery across the street from there called Bonnie's. Nice cooked breakfast in the morning. Thank you Jenny & Ken."

"Nice room, but definitely an older property. Basically no water pressure in the shower for the hot water setting. Within walking distance of the few shops and restaurants this tiny town has to offer. I let the owner know I likely wouldn’t make it during the check-in window and they arranged for me to settle in after hours with no issues. "

"Wow, what an amazing place! So beautifully and thoughtfully renovated and decorated with a respectful and touching nod to the building's recent history. We had a lovely and very comfortable stay here. Very generous sized rooms, facilities to make tea/coffe/ basic meals, beautiful decor and bathroom, super comfortable bed. Easy to access. No breakfast served but a wide choice of friendly cafes in the immediate vicinity. Would highly recommend. Cleaning staff so friendly as well, and happy to help. What a lovely stay. "
