"The receptionist was very helpful, kind, approachable, and polite. I had booked two rooms but unfortunately had to cancel one less than 16 hours before check-in. The staff kindly discussed the situation with the manager and were able to accommodate the cancellation.

"I normally stay here and it’s good. However, this time I was put in room 152. The beds sunk in the middle and as they were two single beds pushed together to make a bigger one, rolled in to each other with two people. It was uncomfortable and the beds were hard and awful. It was also cold as we didn’t have any extra blankets and there was no hot water. The man at reception I spoke to wasn’t helpful. I’ve had good stays here and this is a one off, but if it happens again I shall book elsewhere."

"Easy is right! Only an 8min drive from Park & Ride South and super easy to find off the motorways.
I stayed in a 'deluxe' room, with a nice new bathroom and plenty of space.
Kind bed was firm and had a split mattress but was great for a solo traveller. Check in and check out was light night fast and is located in a fairly quiet area. Everything you need for an overnight stay!"

"The traffic noise from the motorway was bad in the morning luckily I had my ear plugs. Also in the night about 1am and 3am there was a lot of noise from other people, it went on so long that I opened the door and told them to shut up. The room was good overall, easy to cast to the TV, good shower, espresso capsule machine, there was a dark hair in the bed and on the coffee area which was kinda gross. The restaurant was good service and food and the reception staff were very helpful."
