"The room smell like cigarettes and for a non-smoking room it was very, very strong My grandkids had a problem sleeping in there because it was too much of stale cigarettes"

"After driving 11 hours straight, I really didn't need the indifferent desk clerk. The room they assigned me was okay, a bit worn looking, and the carpet seemed dingy. Also, the hotel guests who smoked, did so on the sidewalk in front, and the smoke smell came in the intake of the air conditioner. Breakfast was good, and I was surprised that the coffee was excellent. I've stayed at this property multiple times, and this, by far, wasn't the best visit. The front desk person needed some more...

I checked in, the elevator wasn’t working so I walked through the stairwell which smelled like urine and cigarettes before getting to my room. It seemed more like a poorly maintained apartment building than a hotel. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and there were loud arguments going on throughout multiple surrounding rooms.
