"Llegue y no tenian cochera como decia su propaganda, el portero muy mal educado y con una falta de empatia total, luego llamo a la recepcionista que no dieron solucion a mi reclamo que reserve con cochera el hotel, no les importo y me dejaron fuera. Terrible el hotel."

"The hotel was in a good location, close to intercity bus transportation and relatively close to the Nssca Main Plaza. Breakfast was good. However, some workers at the hotel were very helpful, whereas others were rather rude. The rooms needed some more cleaning, more towels, and did not provide any ..."
