"The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. "Absolutely loved everything about the property! The veiw from the dining room is incredible and we can't wait to come back! The beach access was a breeze and our kiddos loved playong on yhe rec room. The pool was warm and the sauna worked! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stoked wifh anything we needed for cooking. We had a wonderful time!"

"This was a beautiful place, lots of room, clean and comfortable. Only a short walk to town. Parking was limited to a narrow garage and the driveway. We would have to move the pickup every time the small car was needed from the garage. A little inconvenience but doable. Our third vehicle had to park in town a few blocks away. 9we had 3 couples in the family group). The town parking was safe with no issues though. Overall, we would stay again.💕"

" Clean, spacious, comfortable, and amazing view of the ocean. My kids loved the game room and pool. Both open from 8am to 8pm. The game room had a pool table, 2 foosball tables, a ping pong table, and a little 8 bit gaming console. The condominiums are located between Licoln City and Depot Bay. Convenient if you want to visit both cities. Staff was friendly and informative."

"Great location overlooking the beach, which has both wide sand stretches and rock formations. But be aware, the gate to stairs down to beach has combination lock on it, so be sure to know it. There is a lot of road noise early in the morning since condo is located just off road. Can't imagine sleeping 6 here. There are two queen beds and two mini futons in upstairs bedroom that might serve for children, but not adults. Kitchen needs to be restocked with a few more items. Pretty sparse on...

"This is a lovely, restful place that was perfectly suited to our vacation. Very comfortable and spacious for our party of three, we especially enjoyed the amazing balcony view of the Ocean plus the easy and private beach access! We did have a slight issue with the property but it was resolved quickly with thoughtfulness and to our satisfaction. We are recommending this place to all our friends and family. Can't wait until our next stay!"

"I and My Wife loved the view out the windows and from the patio. I was born in Astoria and this trip was a 70th Birthday wish by me. We liked the way the apartment was set up. and the stairs were easy to go up. the only thing we both did not like was the bar stools/dining table which was not good for my Back. can't sit on a bar stool chair due to a back injury.other than that the kitchen could use a better stove top."
